Our Fitness Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a high energy full body workout program that is specially designed to incorporate various martial arts techniques and conditioning exercises. In this class, you will be focusing on the technical non-competitive aspects of MMA, so only light contact sparring is allowed.
This programme will get you into top physical shape, strengthening your body and shedding body fat. Not only are you getting an excellent cardiovascular workout, you are learning the skills to perform actual functional martial arts techniques. We utilise a combination of pad work and fight drills to provide you with the ultimate training. Develop the ability to execute powerful punches, kicks, knees, elbows, takedowns and submissions. As you progress, you will be learning footwork, angles, evasive movements and advanced techniques that you see in MMA competitions. All these will be taught to you by our highly experienced coaches. We have challenging curriculums for each level where you enter deeper into various styles of martial arts, exploring new and exciting techniques.
The training sessions will engage your entire body and bring your cardiovascular capability to the peak. The drilling will get your heart rate up, and have you sweat off any excess weight in a short amount of time.
Our Fitness MMA program combines techniques from an array of martial arts, including Boxing, Hapkido, Jiu-jitsu, Karate, Kickboxing, Kung Fu, Muay Thai, Savate, Taekwondo, Tukkong Moosul, Submission Grappling, etc.
