Knowing how to escape from the ground is as important as a standing defence. Most of us have the basic knowledge of how to strike, slap or kick while standing, but what if you are forced to the ground?
Many times, an attack or fight ends up on the ground. To complete the full self-defence tactics, one must know how to maneuver and escape from the ground and get back to their feet quickly. If our legs are injured, one must know how to defend on the ground using superior ground defence tactics.
